Bogata su proteinima i vitaminom A, dobrim za o\u010di, imuni sistem i ko\u017eu. Sadr\u017ee i lecitin, &#8220;hranu za mozak&#8221;, odnosno za nervni ssitem. Zato su dobra za stariju populaciju, ka\u017ee Kolecko.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mladi ili stari, pitanje jesu li jaja za vas zdrava zavisi od toga na koji su na\u010din pripremljena. Jaje pr\u017eeno u ulju i servirano sa slaninom nikoga ne\u0107e u\u010diniti zdravijim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I jo\u0161 jedan savet: jaja treba dobro skuvati ili ispr\u017eiti. To \u0107e ubiti salmonelu. Ako \u017eelite da ih konzumirate sirova, uverite se da li su sve\u017ea. A to se mo\u017ee isprobati tako \u0161to se stave u \u010da\u0161u vode. Ostane li jaje na dnu, sve\u017ee je. Ako polako &#8216;izranja&#8217; prema povr\u0161ini, obavezno ga kuvati ili pr\u017eiti.
